Short Biography

Dr Swapna Yesireddy is Clinical Director and IVF Consultant, known for combining rigorous clinical decision making with steady, patient first support. She believes the best outcomes come from identifying the cause with the right investigations, then tailoring treatment to individual needs and optimal results, with minimal intervention where appropriate.

Her background includes MBBS (Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences) and MRCOG (UK), followed by CCT in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Northern Deanery, UK) and a post CCT Fellowship in Assisted Conception at Sheffield University, UK, supported by British Fertility Society certifications. She has trained and worked across NHS hospitals in the United Kingdom and has also worked at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital and Birmingham Women’s Hospital.

Clinically, Dr Yesireddy supports patients across IVF, ICSI and IUI, treatment planning and monitoring, pelvic ultrasound, egg retrieval and embryo transfer. Her focus includes recurrent miscarriage care and recurrent implantation failure, and she takes a careful, evidence led approach to keeping treatment as simple as possible while still maximising outcomes. She stays closely aligned with evolving scientific advances and applies relevant breakthroughs in a clinically grounded way. She works alongside a counsellor when helpful and prioritises emotional support, helping patients feel understood and guided so they can move through decisions calmly.

In selected cases, she also advises on genetic testing pathways such as PGT A and PGT M or SR for couples with recurrent miscarriages or a history of genetic concerns.

Through Ikivana, Dr Yesireddy extends this same approach to people seeking trusted guidance across borders, translating complexity into a clear plan and a confident next step.
