Short Biography

Dr. Prakash Savanur is an IVF Consultant and endoscopic surgeon with over two decades of hands on experience. He completed his MBBS at Mysore Medical College and pursued postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology through Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. He is a Member and Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG, FRCOG) UK and has completed UK specialist training (CCT) through the Royal College pathway.

Dr. Savanur brings deep UK experience, having worked within the NHS from 2004 to 2022. He held senior doctor roles in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the Greater Glasgow area, followed by advanced reproductive medicine training in London through a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and Endocrinology at Barts Health NHS Trust.

On returning to India, he continued to build his fertility practice as an IVF Consultant at Columbia Asia Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. Across every setting, he is known for combining evidence based care with calm, structured counselling, helping patients understand their options clearly and move forward with confidence.
